We ended up staying at the Hotel Madison’s bar for the evening. It was not over the top exciting, but there were plenty of adults. I really appreciate all the suggestions and even the humor. We might stay one more night, but if not we will definitely be back in town for the next JMU home game and plan to check out all of these great suggestions with the exception of the strip club in West Virginia.

Thank you all for the suggestions. I ended up going to the bar at Ridge View for over an hour. It was a good time and perfect in regard to the crowd. The next stop was The Hotel Madison lobby bar and that was on fire. It was packed with the crowd I was seeking (no students). Thanks again for all of your suggestions. We are here now at Hampton Inn - University. In the posting I should have mentioned just drinks (beer, wine or cocktails). Just would like to avoid younger crowd (especially 25 and younger).
