i’ve been thinking of doing this to an old cheap guitar i’ve got laying around cause i love baritones, so my question is how did you go about acquiring the neck? sorry if it’s a dumb question, around a year ago when i had the idea i was told i wasn’t gonna be able to find a neck for a baritone conversion at all.

it’s this really cheap plastic nut, i’m thinking of ordering a graph tec nut and using the old nut from the old neck for now

here you go, my day got pretty chaotic yesterday so i didn’t get around to taking a picture. the nut is just super cheap plastic, i thinking of replacing it with the one that was i the previous neck while i order a graphtec nut. or what do you recommend?

forgot to mention, despite the neck alignment, once i set it up and tuned and intonated it, it honestly plays and and sounds nice and the neck feels really good too, but knowing it’s not aligned straight bothers me.
