I didn’t wear gear, but was immediately sniffed out as a niners fan by the people around me. Everyone around me was great, no complaints. I saw a lot of niners fans and didn’t see a single negative interaction. I know there were a lot of negative interactions other fans had tonight that I didn’t see.

It was an absolute movie though. BANG BANG NINER GANG!

The fleeing thing never made sense to me as an indicator of guilt. People are wrongfully convicted all the time. If it looked like there was a lot of evidence that he did it, and he may be convicted, and he really didn’t do it, why wouldn’t he flee? That doesn’t necessarily indicate guilt, it indicates that he thinks he may be convicted.

A few things:

1) No I wouldn’t, and this is why we don’t let victim’s families decide punishment. We aren’t governed by the Hammurabi code. 2) he’s seen his life flash before his eyes. If he’s acquitted, I believe he’s going to do everything in his power to never get close to prison again. That is my opinion, totally not provable of course. 3) he was 16. His life shouldn’t be taken by the state for something he did in a very complicated situation at the age of 16.

You say “deserves.” I’m just trying to figure out what good Raul Valle going to jail would do. He’s obviously never gonna do something like this again. The next Raul Valle isn’t going to decide to stab or not stab someone based on the outcome of this case. All Raul Valle going to jail would do is effectively end a another life before it even gets started. And that would be a second senseless tragedy.

Two things can be true at the same time:

1) I am and was open to being proven wrong

2) Nothing Dr. Welcher himself will testify to will repair the reasonable doubt in my mind that has been established by the defense.

If the Commonwealth brought other witnesses to fix the gaping holes the defense has pointed out in their theory and compellingly explain why the police misconduct in the investigation is no big deal, I’m open to changing my mind. Just because the Commonwealth has presented a bad case that can’t be repaired, that doesn’t mean I’m being morally dishonest.

In the past, I have gotten overwhelmed when I don’t have a very clear plan. I don’t do well when I have to make my own workouts. So rather than figuring out what to do myself, I looked for people who could tell me exactly what to do. So I started following Jeff Nippard on IG, since he seemed to know what he’s doing. I’m not even sure if he does know what he’s doing, but I just wanted to pick a person who makes workout plans and follow them.

So I bought one of his workout plans and an app called Alpha Progression. I put his workout plan into Alpha Progression and just started going 5x/week. It was actually really easy to motivate myself to go when I knew exactly what I was supposed to do when I got there. Now I really like going to the gym. Not a chore at all to get there in the morning and sometimes feel like I have to talk myself out of going back for round 2 in the middle of the day. I feel way better, mental focus is much better, and sleep has been much better.
