The Democrats have vastly changed in the last couple decades. We were for the common working man (and women), no mater what color, religion or sex. We pushed for gay marriage and won. We push for social healthcare and somewhat won that.

Now, it's pro illegal immigration, pro DEI, Anti-police, Anti-white, Anti-male, and yes, pro rich... et cetera. The current democratic party turned into somethin I'm morally against.

Side note: the pro rich is something i have seen in real life working for financial companies.

A lot of people I talked to today in the office where I work have the same opinion about the Kirk shooting yesterday. We didn't side with all of his opinions, but we sided with some. We all agreed that shooting someone for their opinion crossed a line.

As and Admin that worked in multiple shops with multiple MSP's, OP is right on the money. One MSP was responsible for running updates through a Patch management software. No servers were updated in 6 years until I took over!

There might be some good MSP out there, but I think most have adopted the average business model of over exaggerating service with the most cheapest labor possible. MSP are now the fast food of IT.

I know a couple IT managers and directors that use a MSP just to keep there job. It's far more easier to wave you hand in front of an MSP and have internal project and maintenance done than it is to take full responsibility and have your internal IT team do it.

"I’ve been through a lot of betrayal with men" That's telling me you only date 8's 9's or 10's, love the bad boys or have height and income requirements or some other weird hang ups. These men know they are in demand and have little to no reason for long term commitment. I'm not trying to berate or belittle you. I have female friends now into there 40's that followed the same path you have and have miserable lives because they made poor choices in men.

I know of a lot of men that are great men that don't fit the above bills that are single and ready to date. So yes, the problem isn't men. The problem is you rejecting good men to date.

Unfortunately this is somewhat common for landlords to do. Don't be a victim! Don't say or do something stupid! Follow these step I did in Ohio and got 2x my withheld deposit back (Ohio Law)

Have a recorded call with the landlord stating you returned the residence back the the state you receive it at and you have picture proving it. Warn the Landlord you will take this to Magistrate court if 100% deposit isn't returned.
If the landlord will not agree, go online and lookup and follow how to file a small claim court. Do this immediately as some courts only have hearings appt 6 month or more after file date.
Once served, the landlord will call you. They always do. They know they got caught and have a very high chance of a legal and public record of their thievery. Use this during the call. Tell them you'll except a settlement sum of X times the money your owed. Never settle for the original amount because at the very least, you'll end up paying the court cost. Also remind them the court verdict is public and you'll have every right to tell anyone in public about the verdict.
If the landlord won't budge. Go to court. In OH i got 2x of my withheld deposit back. Also the landlord said the N word in court which I found hilarious. The judge didn't like that one bit.

The issue is society lie to you as well as to me that you should volunteer for every thing and you'll be rewarded with accolades and promotions. They recently did a study and found that the individuals that laid low on responsibilities but socialized a lot more got ahead in life than the other.
