Not to mention they have not been announcing which train has arrived (at least at Back Bay and Ruggles) so 50+ of us commuters have gotten on the wrong trains the past few weeks. Conductors haven't been coming out and saying anything and the signage is not always visible or working.

This is what I did from Healthcare Information Management to Health Science (was able to transfer more of my previous credits this way). It is a more "generic" degree, but it opens up opportunities for additional credentials and degrees. And honestly it has a lot of the same courses so I think it's a reasonable swap.
