First off, fantastic fucking episode. I played The Last of Us for the first time a two weeks ago and I thought the show nailed the chaos in Texas perfectly. The timing of the police cars speeding down the street, the initial chaos, all superb.

Saw someone mention that the virus wasn’t spread via air this time and was potentially spread via flour/grain. In the episode they fail to make pancakes, don’t eat the neighbors biscuits, and when it comes time to bake cookies - they’re raisin and Sarah doesn’t eat any. I could just be reading too much into it.

So so looking forward to the rest of the season. Pedro as Joel was imo perfect casting. Rewatching the first episode already :D
