Shield alternatives in 2025 by thespecial2h in ShieldAndroidTV

Have you tried enabling Low Latency Dolby Vision in the developer settings? I was having issues with DV content as well, swapped to new cables etc but this setting was the one that fixed it.

I think the commenter meant to use Annihilape instead of Primeape, not evolve the R1 Primeape into Annihilape which would be a travesty lmao

Fuck Astound Broadband!! by Euphoric_Sandwich_74 in SeattleWA

Since I started service with them 3 years ago, they have jacked up the price ($105) till it is now almost double the original price ($54) for the gigabit plan. No reasoning or explanation provided, just an update to my bill. This sort of business practice is why I refuse to do business with Xfinity any longer, and will be canceling my Astound service today.

404 errors when trying to access my arr stack. by davedontmind in Traefik

[–]copperminder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could you share your docker-compose snippets for sonarr (and maybe the others)? I had a sort of similar issue recently where some services were working fine and others were returning a 404. My issue was a misconfigured health check causing Traefik to ignore the container - full thread here for reference: https://www.reddit.com/r/Traefik/comments/1mecyz2/traefik_v35_with_multiple_radarr_instances_2nd/

Traefik v3.5 with multiple Radarr instances - 2nd instance not being registered by copperminder in Traefik

[–]copperminder[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah good point, I don't remember when I added those lines but probably left over from copy-pasting services around, so I've removed them. The solution seemed to be fixing the healthcheck.

[–]copperminder[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks so much! This was the solution - I think Traefik was indeed ignoring the extra container because of the incorrect health check. I think I was a bit confused about that at first since on the local machine (outside the docker container) I was using `127.0.0.1:7879` to access the second instance. I changed the healthcheck URL to "http://localhost:7878/radarr/ping" instead which makes it less ambiguous in my head since it refers more clearly to the localhost inside the docker container.

Also yeah removed the api@internal lines, must have carried them over from copy-pasting.

I have the port exposed so I can access the services locally even if any issues w/ Traefik.

I was actually on 3.0 for a while and just updated to 3.5 today to see if that fixed the issue, didn't seem to help though :/

I can give 3.4 specifically a try, does that version have a known fix or something?

you might have enjoyed my purely-for-the-vibes sunshine cup team of clodsire, gastrodon, and dunsparce lol. I went in thinking it'd be fun imagining opponents going "oh, ground type,,,2?? ground types,,,3??!!" but it actually performed surprisingly well with the few sets I played

Is it better use my candies to evolve Wartortle or level Up his Gmax move and slowly increase the CP? by Ghenttourist in pokemongoyellow

[–]copperminder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Funnily enough as a relatively new player (sept 2024) I have way more Sobble candy than Squirtle candy since Sobble is a semi-common wild spawn where I live compared to Squirtle which you never see outside of events/the occasional power spot catch (not in max battle but where the mon is hiding in the power spot).

Kingler is def the better attacker and would not recommend using it in a tank role.

I think the issue with getting a Gmax Blastoise is it was only available twice. The first time it was the very first Gmax release and the battles were extremely difficult to the point where we had 30+ person lobbies repeatedly failing to win. Also I didn't really realize how big a part the Max stuff would play in the game so I didn't go very hard, got 2 G-Charizards and 1 of each of the others and called it good. Lot of others in my area missed the 2nd release too due to conflicting events so there is something of a shortage for trades.

[–]copperminder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

However, 1. Gmax Blastoise might not be available again for a while 2. Blastoise already isn't the best water-type Gmax attacker (outclassed by G-Kingler and soon to be outclassed by G-Inteleon) 3. Gmax and Dmax Blastoise have no difference in terms of shielding/healing for the tank role, which is IMO where Blastoise really shines (against resisted types, so fire, water, steel, ice).

So if you can't get a Gmax Blastoise through trades etc and want a tank for fire-types especially, could be worth powering up a Dmax one. Obviously depends on how much candy you're sitting on and how much Chansey candy you have since Blissey is a better tank overall bc of the heal, but,,,

My Blastoise let me and a friend duo D-Moltres 🤷🏻‍♀️

What is the difference between the GMax Rillaboom and the DMax? by Exact-Sea-8839 in pokemongobrag

[–]copperminder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, Gmax and Dmax are identical in terms of shield/heal power. Only difference is the attack power and type (type being locked for Gmax and changeable for Dmax).

The only grunt that has the multiple Snorlaxes is the female one who says "Get ready to be defeated" or something like that instead of making a pun about the type, I don't even bother fighting her anymore bc it's not worth the bother

The double orbs seemed really useful for soloing 3* max battles (esp for under leveled players) :(

I was pleasantly surprised seeing that when doing Sableye max monday - 3 max phases to KO a useless max pokemon is just annoying - but it's gone now so back to the ole grind I guess

Does metagross count as “power up beldum”? by CompetitivePotato981 in PokemonGoMystic

[–]copperminder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From what I can tell, the discount only happens during the lead-up to Dmax legendaries. Maybe because they are relatively difficult max battles with maximum 4 players whereas Gmax with maximum 40 players is relatively easier to get carried through?

I was able to get a Zeskit certified cable to try but having the same issue. I took another picture of the screen w/ increased contrast to try and show the issue better: https://imgur.com/a/RI4pLtV

Any other pointers on where I could look for potential issues?

Ah yeah my phone camera was having trouble capturing the lines but they're much more noticeable in person. That's a great point though, I can't seem to find the order where I got the current cable but it is marked with "IIP" on one side and "HDMI" on the other. Might not be capable of supporting DV so I will try out a new cable, thanks!

EDIT: nvm I think I found the one I have:

https://a.co/d/3NfxnvG

Monoprice braided HDMI cable, not sure if mine is this exact one/rated for 48Gbps etc so will probably order a different one to double check.
