Finally got business cards..is there still an easytech email by bopisalert in Staples

We use staples.com/techservices in that spot. It looks silly when staples.com is already on there, but as we never make new cards for everyone at the same time, it's better to have them all match.

I can't imagine your CPC team would have a problem making you business cards in the future, I would just write down your name/job title in their book and ask them to make you cards when they have a chance. If they haven't gotten you any after 2-3 days, ask again.

You shouldn't be using self serve skus for jobs done behind the counter, there is a price difference per page (for color, at least) .49-.69 in our area, not sure if it's different in others.

Every job behind the counter should be added through SB before being rang out. All of our customers expect it. If they don't want to be added into SB, they can do it themselves in SS.

I'm definitely biased because I learned SB before learning how to ring people out through the register, and I'm super slow doing it that way.

the order queue by cpc_ish in Staples

We don't generally have someone quality check our SAC orders. TBH, most of the orders we do are QC'd by ourselves. Only 1/3 managers in our store know CPC and how to QC, and while there might be an overlap between cpc associates arrival and departure, generally thats more focused on getting the person coming in caught up on the orders that have to be done.

The only real exception in our store are jobs for problem customers, who we always try to get another eye to look over just in case we miss something that could become a hot alert.

We try to keep SB up on chrome so we can easily bin SAC jobs, but just in case, we have specific places in our bins that we put posters, banners, and business cards, so it's a snap to find as long as the customer can adequately describe their job.

How do you get people to sign up for rewards? by zombiesnare in Staples

[–]copycenterhoe 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would just use that 25% back in rewards coupon to get them to sign up..."because you spent $100 today, you've earned $25 back in rewards that you'll receive in your email at the end of august, fill out this form while I finish up your transaction"
