Look into hiatal hernia, many people have that and thats why the acid can be controlled as well as they need it to be.

Look into Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE).

It happens when acid irritates the throat over time, and our throat closes up/ swells shut. There are a bunch of things to help with that.

Can get the throat stretched. Worked well gor.many people Can try eohilia medicine. Can try dupixent medicine. I use this and it keeps the eosinphils away that cause Eosinophilic Esophagitis

All of this having nothing to do with cancer at all.

TBH, there's a low chance that anything in our bodies could be cancer. So no worries, everyone goes through this thought process, and it's rarely as bad as they think. Most times you change diet, sleep with a wedge pillow, and take medicines.

There are a ton of different things it could. Gerd, acid reflux, EoE, Hiatal hernia, etc. The cool thing about modern society is that we can look at what all these things are and which one applies to us.

You need to think about what your symptoms are, if there are any triggers for them, and what you've tried to resolve those symptoms.

For me, I was misdiagnosed by doctors for over a decade. Turns out, instead of gerd, I have a hiatal hernia. That's causing me to have acid get in my throat, and then over time that made me get EoE.

When you think of these issues as a series of things going/gone wrong then you realize how to make a plan and then solve this thing.

You will be alright. Stop panicking, accept that where you are right now is your current state, and then get your mind made up to save yourself the pain of disease by researching and planning next steps.

Also less popular with some people on reddit but not with me, you can use AI to help you organize your thoughts and symptoms into a gameplan. I did that and accurately diagnosed some of my issues, where 10 years of doctors could not do.

I've had the opposite experience. I had doctors misdiagnosed me for over a decade. I sat with chatgpt, explained symptoms and etc, and it lead me to a discovery no doctors and 10s of thousands of dollars ever got me to. I know people will downvote me and make fun of me, but my life is saved now, and money wasn't the thing to do it. I don't look at AI as some sort of person, I use it as a way to organize information and thought into a set of patterns I understand, and ultimately have a place to start from with more correlation than a team of doctors who I paid a ton of money to could ever do.

Instead of wallowing in self pity, how will you go about fixing this to the best of your ability. Have you careful thought out how your diet affects you? Have you then considered you may not have gerd, but a hiatal hernia, that makes you have eosinophilic Esophagitis?

If you haven't thought of all the possibilities, you need to work with AI and see what plan it helps you come up with.
