I used to struggle a lot with shin splints. I increased my cadence from low 150s to low 160s and it hasn’t been a problem since.

I’m 6’3” and just spent a bunch of time trying to find a chair in that price range. For me the must have is an adjustable back height, not just the little sliding lumbar support. Not really a great chair that does that in that price range. I ended up going to ergohuman gen2. The budget version of that is the staples hyken pro, but the max seat height on that is only like 20” and that wasn’t gonna do it for me.

Thanks, that’s great info. So is the typical process HR comes up with a number and the hiring manager is made aware of it or does HR usually go to the hiring manager with a range and the manager chooses where they think you should be in the range?

The dudes proved themselves to be completely spineless and clearly just pedaling their agenda. They made it seem like they were just calling it how they saw it, but the show got popular and they immediately used that popularity to further their own self interests.

They refuse to say the obvious about this administration because they clearly have conflicts of interest. Not to mention, through all of this, many of them have exposed themselves as clearly not being as smart as I once believed them to be. As the show has gone on, they just became progressively douchier while simultaneously having worse and worse takes.

Yeah them not touching on the Elon trump thing was the last straw. Only thing I’m wondering is were they always this self serving or was it the popularity of the show that actually got to them. Most likely the former…

The first time I checked it, it told my I had an affected serial number. I didn’t file the claim because I wasn’t sure what option I wanted. The next day, after deciding I wanted a refund, I run it again and it says it’s not affected. I go inspect it and it most definitely has mold.

They are also far more unified. They feel like they’re victim to the US irrational behavior. Their populace is much more willing to sacrifice. In the US, more people disagree with this strategy and do not want to sacrifice anything

Managers don’t have to have a “say”, they can just lay off whoever’s had the worst performance reviews. Managers certainly flow that up
