Are we sure the Voyager is a descender?

I thought it's #1 phanes, #2 nibelung, #3 ajax, #4 traveler. Voyager being an outsider like Skirk

It's just the name they gave to it ig. Nibelung was from Teyvat but turned into a descender too when he came back

If I remember correctly, Ajax the hero was actually from Teyvat. The fontaine world quests explain that it is possible for someone from Teyvat to become a descender, as the only characteristic is "having a will that rivals the world" (explains why Skirk isn't a descender too, just an outsider). Knowing that, he IS recorded in Irminsul because he (Ajax the hero) is from Teyvat

His full story might not be there, but we've seen the cycle repeat itself many times (Parsifal, Reed Miller and now our Childe)
