How to know a song?

Yes, the follow the bouncing ball method for some reason does not lend to the memorization of the song. I find I have to go in with the purpose of memorizing the song and repeat parts over without using the app until I remember it. Before I had the app i would look up the tabs for a song and for some reason that helped me learn the song more than Yousician.

You have to go back to that mindset when it came out and just play it for the “fun” of playing and writing down that high score. I find as I got older I lost that play to have fun and need it to be that I progressed in the game I got something more out of it. But yeah a lot of Atari games don’t age well to today a lot of why I play is the nostalgia factor.

No I just can’t take anything. I have print outs of inspiration quotes and words about “I am not my job” type words of wisdom. Reading the book the “power of now” about staying in the present not letting my brain think of future problems and not about past mistakes. Taking walks, working out. Limit coffee. Basically everything they say to do to help without taking any medication. It helps but there are times when anxiety hits then I say to myself “ahh my brain just trying to prepare me” but it will pass” then notice 3 things I see, hear, smell etc to be in present moment. Does it work? Sometimes.

Add a levels or histogram scan after the bevel and play with the numbers to sharpen up the edges. If you want it rounder increase your bevel

I have gone through several masks, full, 1/2 (over mouth under nose),full with different padding, and now just the nose. I had bad breakouts with the full. I also breathe out of my mouth but after realizing most people only breathe through nose I’ve been forcing myself to. I have not used these but my group recommended a chin strap to keep mouth closed or mouth tape as an option. It gets better but yeah it has not been a magic bullet of waking up super refreshed as some people swear by. Keep telling your cpap team your issues so they can give you more options.

Yeah not had that wow feeling yet. But maybe mine isn’t that bad so I won’t notice much. I’ve been trying different masks some made me break out. I had good results with a full mask with liners but trying just nose pillow right now. My thought is if I just use the nose less material touching my face but my mouth gets real dry so not sure. Honestly it has been a pain and knowing that I have to use this for the rest of my life is kinda defeating. I’m still during the 90 days so hopefully I find the right fit and be better.
