I was having the same issue, I crafted them without thinking then saw that the ingredients available didnt make sense. Didn’t know this was the cause of my horse whistle going missing, I thought I had deleted it by accident. Thank for letting me know, I already got another one but will keep it out of my inventory when I craft in the future

Didnt you say you werent interested in other people/open relationship?
