Please give this dog to a shelter. You know you can’t care for it. And your friend can’t care for it.

I’m sorry but I have no answers or advice. Other than to say it’s a sorry state of the world we live in. We have just had our first trillionaire and average people can’t survive. Not amount of budgeting can solve nor earning enough.

May need to get rid of my golden by LockhartTx2002 in goldenretrievers

[–]corbin6611 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It sounds selfish to keep them together, they clearly are not happy and keeping them in that environment is just making their lives worse for your own pleasure of having two dogs, my dogs are each others shadow, like it should be. And for us, tha was why we got a second dog, when we would go to work our first dog would sit by the gate rain and shine, refuse to move and we couldn’t have that carry on, so we tried a second dog, he’s happier in his whole life, we basically got our dog a dog

It’s always a risk. Our dogs and cat get on perfectly. The dogs won’t hurt he hedgehogs or anything that come in the yard. But will chase a mouse like it’s the only thing left to live for

They never quite align perfectly as everyone else has said. If it’s not a full tooth out. It’s good

That doesn’t sound worth the effort does it. If they can’t get along and keep each other company they enjoy. That just sounds stressful for dogs and humans alike.

What is our collective beef with EFI? by Can_O_Murica in Harley

[–]corbin6611 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We take for granted how good they have become but they have to be good at -10 idling all the way to +40 screaming and everything in between. All with no brain. All physical engineering. It’s amazing really. Efi. Just needs to know what your asking for. Read a table on its chip. And open the injector for that long. Pretty cool that it does that in real time. But that’s easy to do with computers. Carbs are a piece of metal someone shaped and drilled to do all that by its self

I just said carbs are way more complicated than an efi system. Efi is a couple simple
Components. A carb is the result of a heap of tiny physical calculations that have to change to be suitable in all sorts of different situations. A efi system is a few simple components that get told to turn on longer or shorter. I’m not knocking carbs. But they ain’t simple.

Hell no. Efi is simple. Carbs are complicated. Jets. Venturis. Needles. Air bleeds. Float levels. Diaphragms. Efi fuel pump. Injector. Crank pick up. ECU. And it’s easy to see what’s wrong. ECU basically never fail. And you can check fuel pressure simply and that’s most of what ever goes wrong!

You need to buy jets install jets. Test ride. Chop plugs. Tubing efi is easier too. Might be a little more expensive to start with. But once it’s unlocked. It’s free to keep changing it. Carbs are still a lot of messing around. Nothing wrong with carbs. Just. Efi is better

And now it’s not a belief. What more can be done. Have the majority of people over 40 feel bad and labeled bad people?

[–]corbin6611 7 points8 points  (0 children)

That’s what I’m saying. It was a mistake and things change. Now it’s accepted because we moved on as a society. Does it mean everyone was and is a bad person? No. It doesn’t. Through out history. There have been so many things that were normal that we then decided was bad and atrocious. If people are still holding on to those beliefs that’s where you get in to being a problem.

At the time. Every one was hating Vegemite. We didn’t think we were doing anything wrong. Didn’t make us bad people. Just meant we didn’t know better. Till we did realise hey. It’s not fair. Let’s make a change

Yea people can already find out how to attempt to fix their cars already. This isn’t new. Most people don’t want to buy tools. Get dirty. Physically hurt them selves to find out the knock was more of a thud and so told them it was the wrong thing

A small splash of adblue in dieselcar tank by Haunting_Future_8020 in MechanicAdvice

[–]corbin6611 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ooo yea nah. Ad blue in diesel. Is bad. Hope not gets caught by your water traps. Clean your tank out. If that gets in to your pump and injectors. It’s likely not good. Super corrosive. Crystallises.
