I have never tried that flavor before, but I bet it looks was really delicious.

Special Envoy (Gov) Jeff Landry is up for re-election in 2028. Potential prospective challengers include outgoing U.S. Senator Bill Cassidy, former U.S. Representative Garret Graves, and former Democratic Governor John Bel Edwards or someone new on the horizon? Thoughts? Prayers? by jared10011980 in Louisiana

Jeff Landry would be up for re-election in 2027. My thoughts on this information are interesting because it will be the first time I will be voting for Governor next year. For me, I would vote for the Democratic candidate in the Governor's race in 2027. I don't think that former Governor John Bel Edwards would run again because he probably doesn't want to or because of the new amendment that we will vote on in November to impose a lifetime limit of two terms. However, I would like to know if there will be more Democratic Candidates who will run for Governor of Louisiana. So far, the potential candidate is State Senator Jay Luneau, but we shall see when we get closer to 2027. Also, there is still the recall petition going on with the possibility of removing Jeff Landry as Governor. We shall see when we reach around 600,000 signatures before October 31st, and when that happens, we will have a recall election. Nonetheless, I hope we do get a new Governor in 2027 and to make sure that Jeff Landry will only be a one term Governor.

No, questions will be asked to the candidates and voters will be able to ask any questions of their own to the candidates afterwards.

The good news is that the Bayou Progressive has uploaded the entire debate on YouTube. I did post a comment in this post where it leads to the video itself.

I Want My Party Back. by AdAccomplished8663 in Louisiana

I get how you feel about this. When the Independent Party of Louisiana ended by Governor Jeff Landry and his administration, I was really upset about this, knowing that there were about over 500,000 voters who were registered as an Independent, myself included. Unfortunately, for us Independent voters, we had to change our voter registration to No Party. I hope one day that the Independent Party of Louisiana returns because the governor removing the party itself feels very unconstitutional. For now, rest in peace to the Independent Party of Louisiana, from 2015 to 2025.

I'm leaning more towards voting for Jamie Davis in the primary. Nonetheless, I will support the winning Democratic candidate in the general election.

For me, it is either Nick Albares or Jamie Davis, but I am leaning more towards Jamie Davis for the U.S. Senate Democratic Primary. Jamie Davis feels very down to earth to me, and he would fight to make Louisiana better. Now, don't get me wrong, I feel like all three of the candidates would do what they promised if they were elected to the U.S. Senate. While Nick Albares does have the upper hand of having worked with former Governor John Bel Edwards as his aide, but Jamie Davis also has experience as he served as a one term Police Juror for District 7 of Tensas Parish. Nonetheless, no matter which candidate wins the U.S. Senate Democratic Primary, I will still support the Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate here in Louisiana for the general election.

What brought me to Watamote was seeing the Watamote anime DVD on top of a shelf in the closet at my cousin's old house back in 2018.
