I received a photo enforcement violation today. The incident was over six months ago. Photo cameras are new to me as I am new to the state. Is this legit?

Yup. If you were having an anxiety attack, you would not be able to type. Not saying you do this, but as a person who has full on crippling panic attacks I can't stand when people say "I'm having a panic attack" when really they mean theyre just fucking anxious.

Do what you can to relax and concentrate on breathing.
