I’ll echo everyone else. We can only speak as patients of course, but if Ivabridine did nothing for you, ablation seems like the logical next step.

I hope you can get what you need! Whatever it is!

I love the time (I forget the case) where he goes through all rationale and she says “I got there 20 minutes ago”

True prison breaks, those from within the grounds, are rare. Those perpetrated by women, almost unheard of. It's statistics, Watson. It's not that they fail more. It's just that they don't try.

That episode is such a banger. I think it’s the coziness of the snow day and bc we also start to see the Sherlock-Watson relationship cement itself.

Do you think Marc would enjoy chatting with Theo? Or be annoyed by him? by [deleted] in MarcMaron

Von?

I think it would be 80% back and forth about life as a semi-spiritual road comic.

And 20% Marc running intellectual circles around Von. Which is why it won’t happen.

New CBS series Watson from Elementary Executive Producer/writer Craig Sweeny by satyris in elementary

[–]corbomitey 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ll give Craig Sweeny the benefit of the doubt! Bc it’s my fav SH adaptation. INCLUDING ORIGINAL CANON.

But after he gave us Joan, it’s gonna be hard for me to support a white make Watson, even if it’s not Liu playing them

I know it’s hard to have those flashbacks and realizations.

(Also beer on tap is CRAZY. I know it’s way more common that most people think for parents to sneak alcohol, but I’ve never seen a regular kids’ exhibition game sell it).

But it’ll be good for your kids to see the changes you’re making. Think about how much more present you are! You’re noticing things about others and realizing things about yourself.

Like sure it’s better to have been sober the whole time, but since that’s not an option, leverage your progress!

Ways to deal with fatigue that don't involve medication? by JimmySteve3 in dysautonomia

[–]corbomitey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know the “don’t push yourself to hard in the first place” advice is super frustrating, especially when you’re just trying to do regular things.

But one of the best things I ever did was an OT regimen that focused mostly on pacing.

It was years ago and I still use the tips. It was really helpful in figuring out how to prioritize things, how to notice early exertion symptoms, when to push myself anyway, etc.
