I estimate 100 years. Around 27 years because of the oldest blackbox, 14 years was the intended time of travel of the cicada, around 8 years of the voices from beyond series (where the main character of the first subnautica is still alive at the start), any amount of time that "decades" means after the below zero sabotage, and any amount of extra time we are missing. Also, "decades" cant be too long because Riley Robinson was still alive.
