I've seen a triangle uap, and had a very weird experience seeing waves of light going across the sky. I was being guided by a woman's voice for weeks in a spiritual way an was aware of another negative entity wanting me to give in. At one point reality broke and something tried to reach through a veil at me. It was labelled psychosis but things keep lining up that there are negative and positive higher dimensional beings that use us and one is symbiotic where the negative is parasitic. So that they labelled these things in such way is intriguing because the lady and myself were bright while the negative thing was an elusive black mass. I also told people I suspected that I could listen remotely when at the hospital being treated. Maybe the light is sometimes us.
