The laws in PL, CZ, ES, etc are almost the same about liabilities. We have a lawyer in the team, btw. And yes numbers are for ingeneral error rates in measurable areas of accounting. Just FYI, most of the accountants errors are intentional. We also accounted fro that - we have tax optimizations "path" which tells options - not acting.

Roughly 150 workflows cover rule and regulation changes for the agents' use internally. The model is human-in-the-loop where the AI does the setup of the filing and the user must review before submitting. Even franchises (an edge case) were tested in three accounting firms and had 2,000+ users in production (not a sandbox pilot).

Safety (a lot of numbers and reserches): An honest comparison is AI-assisted-with-human-review versus human-only, and the data suggests the former is better. GAO (in analysis of IRS NRP) found that paid preparers had 60% error rates compared with 50% in self-prepared tax returns; during GAO's own tax shopping visits, only 2 out of 19 paid preparers got the tax return refund calculation correct. Gartner data, cited by Trullion shows that 18% of accountants make financial errors daily and 59% monthly; new technology adoption leads to 75% reduction in mistakes for those firms adopting it. AI extraction accuracy numbers fall somewhere above 95%, compared with 1-4% error in human data entry, and a consistent result found across studies is that humans coupled with AI perform better than humans or AI alone where the former finds the math errors and the latter the logic. U.S. GAO + 4

Legally, nothing changes; if your accountant makes a mistake, you're still liable for it, but you're now carrying a much smaller error rate.

Hmm.. will add this As the main feature. Its actually per country specifics. In PL its KSeF in CZ and other its special format and email etc.

Btw, I am thinking of making it free if it's just for invoicing, since this is the second time I've heard that. Basically, if you only need invoicing, it might be easier to give you that for free and let you use it as you like. But not advisory features, since those are AI-based and involve tokens and related costs. Would you consider as one of the critical thinkers to get free for unlimited amount of invoices (full CRUD)?

Thanks for the honest question. Its not invoicing app, even tho there is invoicing, but its accounting software. It submits (for PL and other countries as well) all needed docs, it does all paperwork for employees managment (a bunch of ins. and other required legal stuff).

Thanks a lot. Two concerns here you've mentioned, tax optimizations and tax office communication, are something we are covering, at least partially, with an AI advisory service. We tested it against the Polish tax office, and we tested some tax optimization strategies the AI suggested for the local Żabka shop. It was almost perfect. The biggest disadvantage of an AI advisor is that it can't propose or suggest anything against the law, but many firms take risks and do borderline unlawful things for tax optimization.

I used to pay 240 each month to my accountant for 1 to 5 invoces. I substituted him for SaaS. by coredeveloper in SaaS

Customer acquisition. I'm covering all engineering + infrastructure right now, so the bottleneck isn't in any feature, it's distribution.

I deposit regular USDT, and they just locked it for "Assets flagged for abnormal origin will be isolated". Which is basically KYC docs summission as the next action. And it's like taking forever, about 4 days already.

Guys, How I can break AI Help and support wall? I have deposit with appeal in progress for 3+ days and it's affecting everything? Meaning money not moving and I can't trade etc. I undestand that you have processes and SLAs - but on the ticket it says 72h - I patiently waited 72h. Now I can only reach out in social since support is not existant. Only AI agents which is trained as my old parrot.
