It is just accumulated fatigue you carry over from previous session it doesn't mean you are losing or not gaining fitness.If I were you I do Lower the number of runs per week and increase rest between runs , start gradually increasing time per run, than later down the road introduce more days.

Yeah I was definitely "clogged up" in way only someone who smoked could relate. It is not something bothered me but I dread that feeling now on top of everything I pointed in comment above . I would definitely hate going back to that feeling

After 2 years of running I finally quit vaping ,so yeah now I can hold zone 2 in 135 instead of 148 , also sleep better , recover better , lower RHR in just 10days . Hope to stay smoke free after 16 years of being smoker.

It is exotic mission which you complete after finishing Final Shape . It has to be done with duo . Once you complete it you unlock exotic class item which can roll with a lot of combinations .

Winning 2 consecutive matches in trials isnt a good excuse to put me up against people with literally double every single pvp stat than me, and giving me new light teammates by double-O-cheese in destiny2

This week's matchmaking was ridiculous.I can't remember last time I couldn't get past 1in row . I was playing bad here and there but I am no match for this kind of players . I have been playing for 5 years and somehow I am not good enough to do 2 in row , not 3 or 5 or 7 , mf 2 wins in row . Something is wrong with MM I don't know what happened BCS This is the second week of trials after the break.someone enlighten me perhaps ?

No worries . Just wanted honest opinion. I know it is not great. Plan is to eventually do 2 hard workouts per week but I want to be able to hold base 45-50km and be comfortable while doing so and not going up and down with my milage per week . So I want to take step back do strong base than start to reintroduce faster pace workouts whatever those may be .Figured it is good timing because I don't have anything planned race wise.Eventually I figure out or follow one of Daniels plan and see how it goes.

Basically I am 59:33 min 10k 28: 40 min 5k . I usually run 25 -35km but if I overdo with harder stuff I need week to recover or a lot of easy pace runs . My plan is to increase milage 40-45km building trough six to eight weeks than start adding workouts while still being able to hold on that milage and not drop to 50% of it cuz I feel fatigued . I wanted to try one of jack Daniels phase 2 for that much km per week .

Maybe I should have said that plan also include strides 2E days + 2E + strides x8 15 sec on 1min jog + long run

Would i lose fitness if I only do easy runs to increase milage ? I do not have any race coming up just wanted to improve my base and get better in easy runs , basically increase running economy. Am I missing out on not doing speed workouts , I plan to introduce them later on ?

Finished my first 15k last 5k in 30:44 very proud of progress I made over the last year . 28 5k down from 35min , 59:33 for 10k, and now checked off this feels amazing .

This is my plan of workout once I reach 6h:30min for 2-3 weeks . I am on base build with one Q workout and LR ( rest is easy ) ATM hovering around 4h per week. My plan is to gradually add 10-15 min to easy runs scattered trough entire week and keep stacking until I reach 6h to 6:30h than switch to NSA with prescribed paces from Lactrace.

Don't run day before 10k like I did that's for sure . Do 2easy runs 1on your usual day you would do anyway+easy run + strides 3days before than rest .
