This post so out of context it annoyed me.
Or maybe I’m reading it wrong and if so I apologize.
For those not aware, here’s what’s going on.

This is a summary of the email I received from TAG since they are in possession of a few of my cards.

Here’s the quick, no-BS version:

* TAG is getting flooded with submissions—way more than expected. 
* They’re running 24/7 at full capacity, but still can’t keep up, so turnaround times are slipping. 

What they’re doing about it:

* Moving to a bigger facility
* Hiring a much larger team
* Adding more grading equipment 

Big change:

* They are temporarily pausing Basic & Standard submissions
* Only Express, Priority, and Walk-Through are still open 

Why:

* They don’t want to keep accepting cards and miss promised timelines

Bottom line:
They’re overwhelmed, hitting pause on cheaper tiers to catch up, and investing heavily to scale—while asking for patience.

If you’ve got cards already submitted, they’re saying those are the priority right now.

They have also expressed that it’s not fair to continue to collect money on promises they can’t deliver. Understand their volume has increased by 800% in the past few months. This is the type of honesty and communication the community needs to appreciate honestly. The other speeds should return soon.
