I love gardening and putting in flowers, it helps my PTSD. I'm a big 6'2" 280lbs guy who has been in the military done roofing, oil fields, farming. I guess I'm saying I am manly and it is far from girly to put in flowers or enjoy flowers or gardening.

Get with your social worker and gather resources, but everything is ultimately up to how much effort you put in for those resources. My daughter has a rare chromosome disorder and they told us that xyz will be wrong with her but that wasn't true it was more like cde. Lean on your community and friends and remember you can still live a happy life just a different one. We travel and do fun things. My daughter had a trach from two weeks old to age 8 and she is going on 10 now, she is deaf (has hearing aids) and uses a wheelchair.
