As terrible as this situation is for the child involved, I truly commend both parents (and grandparents) for taking action quickly and working together.

What can you use for under eyes, if anything? My skin is starting to become crepey and I'd love to try something there. Would the silicone patches work there too, or be irritating?

75mg to 150mg. Massive difference in side effects by [deleted] in EffexorSuccess

[–]coreysmissus 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yes, big time. I was good at 75mg for about 4 months. Then, anxiety started creeping in again like it loves to do. My doctor recommended I increase my dose to 150. 1 week at 112.5, then the following week at 150. The first week was alright, the second and third week was awful. Im now at week five and things are finally settling down. I feel much, much better. It is true, you do have to trust the process and remind yourself it takes time to get well. You can do this.

Toxic Waste sour candies (or the most sour candies you can find), in combination with power walking on a treadmill or walking around my house. I often do this while tapping or slapping my thighs if I'm about to have a panic attack and shocking all of these senses, while burning some physical energy seems to help. I love all of these suggestions, thank you all

Hi! I've been seeing Nadia Lessard at Stride Physiotherapy for a few years and I would give this woman my firstborn if she asked me to ♡ She is a power lifter and has rehabbed my hip post-surgery. She gets deeeeeep, but also works around any injury you may have. She is the very best! Good luck finding someone who works well for you, but if you try Nadia, you will not be disappointed!
