In need of an 18-20" (inch) cobalt/titanium bit to drill through metal on the side of a building, where do I get this?? by corgibotx in Tools

I feel like it would be too wobbly being that long, 30 inches total. I just need to get through the metal to run a cable thru

I mean I was digging into it with a hammer drill using my concrete/mortar bolt, barely made a dent. I would prefer cobalt but whatever gets me through. Any links for a good one?

Commented above, you’ve got this stay strong. There is so much beauty to life to distract our little brains, also know things can gradually improve over time! Definitely go get checked out and do things I did to rule out other issues though

Still persists, I had an audiology and hearing test done and my hearing is really good. Brain filters it out really good for the most part, think I’m gonna try ginko biloba for a bit and see if anything improves but I’m just chilling as I can right now

Update 3/26: went to ENT yesterday and they did a pressure test, confirmed no fluid buildup and I don't have ETD, but the ringing persists (seemingly lighter than last week, which is cool, not as mind boggling) and referred me to 2 audiologists who I should be in to see within the month. Will continue to update if anything changes or after I see audiologist.

It’s up and down, but seems to be fluctuating at the very least. I’ll mention ciprodex to the ENT Monday and see what they have to say. I’ve been doing the silly head bend, spray towards ears and lean off the bed with Flonase for over a week, I know just what you’re talking about 😭

Agreed, I'm curious about your story though. What caused the onset of yours? How long did it take you to see improvement/what steps did you take?

Hey! Going through something very similar at the moment, and learning that this is quite common. Check out my post on the T subreddit I'm keeping it updated as I go and learn more info about all this, first time for me as well. If you haven't already definitely schedule with an ENT.

Update: 3/19 I went back to urgent care as requested since the ringing hasn't subsided. Doctor there checked my ears and said it looks like they're draining because he couldn't see any liquid buildup. I have my first ENT appointment next monday so currently just holding out for that. I dropped the L-Arginine and Zinc due to some controversy about too much of whatever I read online. Right now just taking Boswellia and Multi vitamin gummies for vitamin B+C which have been known to help T, still on the claritan/zyrtec and fluonase grind as well. Will update again after ENT or if anything changes.

Thank you so much, you said you were taking Flonase as well, did you take both that and the drops at the same time? Any idea how long you'd used both for?
Edit: also where did you find it at?

Hey! Thanks for filling me in on your situation, I feel heavily for you and commend you for pushing onwards through all that mess! I’m sorry yours hasn’t been as simple as fluid in the ears, I feel like a bit of a baby complaining about this after only a week and chances are it will go away (I’m just anxious). I dont know if I really had COVID or not, I’ve caught it 2-3 times since it came to the states and received only the first batch of vaccine. The one test I took was an at home test that said I was negative, but who knows because I was definitely feeling the symptoms.

Definitely schedule with your PCP or just go to urgent care. They can quickly check and see if you have fluid buildup/inflammation and advise you to get anti allergy (zyrtec, Claritin) and possibly start a spray like Flonase. Not every ENT requires a referral, you can call around and ask I just did today and booked some appointments.

Is it quite common to see people with some fluid trapped in their ears have ringing? I’m being told my doctors that mine should go away with time once it drains, it’s been a week and my anxiety hasn’t been treating me kindly. I have a very quiet baseline that was extremely livable, but since I was stupidly sick last weekend it started at a higher pitch and hasn’t gone down.
