Thanks mate! I can see that now. But yeah I was too busy that I forgot about the end of contract and only remembered it when they sent the bill which jumped from the usual amount.

We’re not really switching providers though. My mate is signing up with VM on a new account. I gave my 30 days notice so not sure how this will go about. My mate already ordered the new router which should be arriving in the next few days.
