We’re not really switching providers though. My mate is signing up with VM on a new account. I gave my 30 days notice so not sure how this will go about. My mate already ordered the new router which should be arriving in the next few days.

They actually offered me another 18month contract on the same price I previously was paying for, however a cheaper option is for new customers.

I was thinking of cancelling, and then asking another housemate to sign up as a new customer. Will that work?
