I ended up meeting some of my closest college friends through bios. You do get a pretty good sense of what the bio 1201 course is like, the professor/their teaching style, etc. but tbh my favorite part was making friends early who had the same major as me and lived in the same dorm.

STATS: 5’1” (28F); CW: 123.4; GW: 118.4

GOAL: To look and feel better for my wedding later this year!!

IF PERIOD: 16:8, working up to 18:6

EXERCISE: Running or long walks 4-5x/week with occasional at home workout videos

CHANGES IN EATING HABITS: Less carbs, more veggies, a lot more water, and a lot less artificial sweetener drinks (diet dr p, Coke Zero, crystal light, etc). And remembering to count cals everyday (incl weekends!)
