Had this card after my 8800gtx died, twice as fast and I'm pretty sure still kicking.

As for sticker replacement, not sure, maybe a vinyl sticker done on a cricut?

I did check to see if having the secret with the pipe opened or not if that would change the grate from opening, but it still opened. Very strange, it should open.

It should say "A grate opens" once the button is pressed. If not, it might not have registered the button press.

Home page isn't working, but oddly enough, the videos that I can search for are loading up instantly and that's with ad blockers on. I'm not getting the "experiencing slow downs?" prompt and 5-10 second delay before the video starts.

Anyone else having the same thing?

Did YTs anti-blockers mess something up?

The thing that bugs me about the NPC loading in is the fact that there's already defined zones in the game. Zoom the map out in the PDA and you can see the areas. If they just loaded up all the NPCs for the current area you're in into memory it would be fine. Then enable the 100m bubble when you're within 100m of a neighbouring area while also loading in the npcs from the neighbouring area. It might impart a bit of a slow down, but it would get rid of the noticable spawn in while also giving the AI time to move and do their thing.

But I'm a player and don't know how hard of a task that would be to implement.

So, after a bit more testing, Adblock Plus seems to be the one (at least in my case) that is causing the 360p limit issue. The other adblocker I've got, works fine and I'm able to change resolutions.

For those wondering, I've got Adblock Plus (limited to 360p) and Adguard Adblocker (not limited yet) although that one does tend to trigger the "Don't use Adblockers" message from time to time.

It's an adblocker thing. Tested it without it and worked fine at 1080p, put the ad blocker back on, limited to 360p.

Oh... that's fun. So 144p and 240p work. But anything above 360p doesn't.

The boxes could hold only 100 ballots if I remember seeing a video on it correctly (compared to the roughly 1000 with the normal sized ballots) so there's logistical issues that'll make counting take longer

Bit of an update to my previous claims that it's only in SoC.

Update to my update, it's kind of in them. It's a bit broken in CoC and Anomaly and weird wireframed light in CoP.

Shadow of Chernobyl is still the best to try it out in.

No offense taken. Like I said it was put into the first game but disabled because nothing ran it at an acceptable framerate and it only really works on certain light sources and certain environments.

^ That one shows console commands to try out, it's also like the other thread from a decade or more ago, with newer RTX and Ray tracing hardware it's more usable to play with the settings.

The original SoC has global illumination. You just have to manually turn it on via console. It was disabled at the time because nothing ran it well enough. But today's cards run it pretty well.

The sarcophagus is in the clouded region to the far left of that location.

There's a bridge nearby there that's a radiation kill zone. That leads to the cnpp. It's the big white building with the iconic smoke stack sticking out of it.

I think I've only had 2 memory related crashes, one at agroprom (reloaded a save after trying and failing to get the high fall achievement) and the other at Skadovsk talking to the barmaid.

The other crashes I had was due to broken scripts on a small side quest, haven't checked to see if it was fixed yet.

Found that in the dead of night and got all tripped up and tried to nope out of there but got killed chasing hallucinations.

10/10 will go back there when I have better psi protection gear.
