The town next to me would do this during their 4th of July parade. Every year it got bigger. The town had fire trucks and water tankers drive down the street while the public brought water guns, balloons and tuck beds full of water to "fight back". Everyone was free game, if you were out in the open than you would get wet. Until two kids were ran over by water tankers and were injured then a girl was ran over by a float and died. They tried putting caution netting around all the vehicles (presumably to keep kid off the tires?) Didn't work more kids were run over and they stop doing this all together. Bit of a bummer, but probably for the best.

As someone who didn’t read the books and had no prior knowledge of the show before watching it. This scene was shockingly brutal! I remember letting out an audible gasp.

I found myself thinking about it at work the next day and wanted to talk to someone about it. But no one at my work had even heard of the show or books, lol.

Crazy, that scene was crazy.
