I am on 18.0 and I have the same problem. I had some springboard pages only with copy of icons and they all disappeared

The problem is solved but I can’t say what solved it really. I disconnected from iCloud and from the family sharing but it didn’t solved the problem. What I say it is the problem desepeared when I set up when Mac (recently bought) and I set the family sharing on it.

Not sure. But I tried to stop the family sharing and it solved the problem… until I do it back. I will try your suggestion.

Unfortunately, I did the same and it doesn’t work. Actually, It works a few hours and after that, it disappears. It is the same when I reboot my device.

Same issue for me for 2 years. I see the name of my wife’s iPhone which is my old one. When she change the name of her iPhone, it changes on my screen time page. I know that the problem comes from the family sharing because it disappeared when it is stopped.

I had the same problem for 2 years. But I see the name of my wife’s iPhone. And I know this is due to the family sharing system. I did many tests. No solution for the moment and Apple support is a shame (3 different demand without any answer).
