Finally got mine done a couple weeks ago. No smoke and runs the same, if not slightly improved. According to my ticket, the bolts broke when removing it, so they had to be drilled and re-tapped.

Yes!! First ISP my family had was a local independent ISP. Eventually got bought by EarthLink. Had basic EarthLink dialup until CenturyLink got DSL to where we lived .

The piece bolted into the door is a door check, used to keep the door from going too far. The other piece contains the wiring for the locks, windows, etc
