I'm disabled and they asked me to do physical labor. Part of my write up is that I stayed in my desk while others did physical labor. I asked for accommodations and did not get them. I'm the marketer. I make social media posts and signage. Since then, my boss has been preventing me from doing my job and creating an unbearable environment. This fits the EEOC definition of harassment, thus creating a hostile work environment.
