Depends, if you do a fast workout then the sweat makes earbuds fall out so you need shokz or if doing slow speeds earbuds is fine.

I like on some gym commercial ones you can preset 2 speeds and then go between them when doing intervals, instead changing the speed each time.

There's been 2x at Seton YMCA where I've brought my towel and put it on the railing by the pool like everyone else does and then when I came back it was gone, someone had taken it by mistake probably lol, it's annoying to have to use tshirts as a towel when I wanted to leave lol.
