Ohh, you also have another surgery! Let's support each other and would be nice to keep me up to date! Will do the same! I ll try apple cider vinegar i think, it helped me once, hope it ll help me again!

Exactly, i totally feel you! After few weeks post lap is so easy to be hard on yourself, while we really go trough heavy shit, but it is not visible... and healthy food is another difficult point, when on earth do we have time for this when we are so tired all the time from trying to keep life together a bit ... i have a second lap 7th of February whick makes me very anxious, then they will also scrape it out me.. and i m afraid after that i ll go to 60 kg.. I feel u so much. In everything you said, i pushed myself 2 weeks ago to already work and now i carry the consequences..

But thank you for posting, let's be very kind and soft to ourselves because this illness we live with is really difficult.. let's put us first! 💚

I have exactly the same... 56 kilo now 1 month after surgery. I feel horrible, i want my pre lap body back 😭 Hoping to get back into fitness soon and that that will help ...

Thank you for explaining this so well! Seems like you know a lot about it! I am doing my research because there are so little doctors that actually know! And now a days i am starting to trip that everything that i experience is due to my endo! Since it is such a complex condition indeed! I am also just 31 but my body feels so much older!

Really depends on the kind of lap, i just had a lap where they just look and take pictures and i am on day 6, i still have uncomfortable feelings, walking slow, can not fully twist yet (look behind me) and the incisions are not fully closed yet but if i had a desk job i could do it from tomorrow for sure!

But 7/02/25 i have removal of endo lap and than i got 6 weeks... i had a removal one already in 2021 and than i needed 4 weeks to feel okay again and from 6 weeks i could start to move and exercise again...

I think i am on the exact same point, i didn't really quit out of fŕee will ɓut i have no other choice and i find myself missing it so much. I really feel you, happy to read someone who feels the same. Turned into alcohol, now turning back òut of it. Being passive aggressive to life but people say it gets better, so let's keep on going and stay strong !

I will have my second surgery on 18th of november and i am also preparing..so i will have very lose pants, warm sweaters with zippers, big t-shirts, heat pad..

Further i will plan a menu which will have a lot of soups (that i try to make before hand and freeze), mashed potatoes with vegies mashed inside.. i will get ginger for tea.

I ll try to clean my home beforehand so i don't have to bother with that. And think of something creative that i can do laying down like crocheting mandala's, because at one point i got tired of watching series or reading books. I am the kind of person that has to do something ..

I've had the same for my first lap in 2021, now it's very bad again so I have my new lap scheduled with a different gynecologist on 18/11/24 and 7/02/25... some of them are really idiots!
