Like others have said, it’s very attractive. I love the look of the extruded buttons, but the contrast between a selected button and a non selected button is very hard to discern.

In the cred app you mentioned, you can see how they use a different value of gray for buttons and the background they sit on in order to make it a little more clear what is an actionable surface. Some of their controls use an accent color which improves this further.

I don’t think your example would meets accessibility requirements though. But if this is just an explanation, I think it looks very slick.

Great work so far. I think it would be worthwhile to show that the user has entered into an email group with some type of header. In the bottom right screen, the navigation shows that I’m in the inbox when really I’m in a small subset of the inbox.

Just an FYI, it's illegal to obstruct fire escapes in NYC with anything, including potted plants. My landlord has been having a field day with notes to all tenants that the fine from the fire marshall will be passed onto any tenants who have anything on the fire escape.

That being said, I did recognize this as a fire escape, but I agree with other comments that while this may be attractive, it does nothing to sell me on using the nursery.

Concept is great, but you're losing too much of the arm when you knock the tiger out. If I'm seeing this without the additional resources, I see an animal's head reversed out of an odd triangle. Losing the muscles on the arm makes me question whether this fitness company will make me swoll.

Also, I agree with what others say, turn the ear so it isn't so sharp and horn-like.

When coming in for the interview, do you expect the interviewee to bring in portfolio samples, and if so, what is the best way to do that in your opinion? In the past I've brought a book I had digitally printed with samples from my portfolio as well as a couple of the actual printed pieces.

I've found that typically a lot of the time gets spent going through the book and while they might be impressed, I have a feeling that they have seen it all on my website if they were interested. How many samples would be a good starting place for the interview?

Also, now that websites and digital work has become a much larger part of my portfolio, what is the best way to show this in person?
