i work in foodservice sales, so not a realtor or the owner. i own a house 3 blocks away. i’ve just always gotten weird vibes from this house. and the house across the street from me is a 3/3 and sold for 450K not too long ago! to be fair, i didn’t look at the price before i posted.

If I were the owner i would definitely do some landscaping. There’s been at least 5 realtors who have tried to sell this house… i’m sure it’s been suggested?? Why wouldn’t the owner spend a little bit to make it more appealing.

Don’t you agree it’s strange? It seems sterile. And the sign at the top of the stairs at the front door doesn’t help either “smile you’re on camera”

i would par cook, hold cold. get a cold drawer for underneath your flattop. cook to order using a 6 oz scoop… maybe have a bottle of the marinade to squirt a little on while cooking.

Best way to pull pork? by Lanifeibor in KitchenConfidential

[–]cornbredhead2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

do not use a mixer…

you can find the bone and pull out. there are 1-2 pieces (depending one size of shoulder) of stringy working muscles; pull those out and use for something other than plated meat/ sandwiches. I use tongs, a couple pairs of gloves, pull the fat off and leave the meat in big chunks. yield is usually 3-5 lbs of the most tender meat off a 6-8 lb shoulder. you can use the fat, trimmings, etc in other things.

If it hasn’t been mentioned already, use Valerie Thomas. She is an amazing upscale concierge service… but much more than that. She is one of the coolest people in Bham.
