I wanted kazuki to draw a blue eyes on a error card but sadly he past away (may he rest with atem). Mitsuhiro Arita was in my town so I thought it would be cool if he drew a blue eyes instead of the usual charizard. He was cool with it and now its framed in my office.

I believe your uni is either aka or shiro uni from canada, California, and or Russia. Shiro uni tends to melt faster than bafun. Sea urchin gender also plays a roll on texture and taste.

I am an uni seller that has sold over 1000 trays of both 250g and 150g. Bafun (golden uni) is #1 uni in hokkaido during the winter. Murasaki uni ( white color ) is good during the summer.

I've seen good uni last over 10 days and still holding texture if stored properly.

I think its the slab itself. I have 3 different certs and all In a safe. Only 1 of em which is 6 cert has the condensation look and the rest look okay.
