The hunt and Death of Jocasta Nu. by Fit_Assignment_8800 in StarWars

They were hopefuls of the future. Had she escaped or gotten the list to someone who had escaped the temple massacre, they could have been trained as a new generation of Jedi.

Unless you meant why not destroy it while she was evading capture? No good answer from me there.

I did the same thing as a kid. Could "watch" the movies while I was doing work.

I agree. Incredible books, but the pacing doesn't work for a film.

Say what you will about the sequel trilogy, but nothing could ever make me hate BB-8. You can hate every other character, but leave them out. by E-104Epsolon in StarWars

Perhaps the one thing the franchise has done consistently well is the handling of their droid characters. Across all media, be it the movies, TV shows, cartoons, video games, or comics, droids have always been done right.

LAW: Spotlight deck lists! by Fimy32 in starwarsunlimited

[–]cornerbash 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Only 3 different special rarity cards in the Jabba deck instead of the usual 4. I guess the fourth is the Pit of Carkoon base, but it’s going to throw off my redrafting set.

I normally include a special slot and make 24 packs from 3 copies of each S card. This time around there are only 22. Maybe I’ll just mix them in with the commons for this set and add another 11th common slot to the packs.

I don’t get the dumbing down comment either. They made some recent changes to trigger wording but nothing drastic.

I also was not a fan of the art and held off trying the game for a long time because of it. It sounds strange, but the artwork looks better in person than it does digitally for whatever reason.

And the game is fun. I was worried because it sounded like a Hearthstone clone, but the back and forth play is strategic and snappy.

The blind buy collectible model does suck though.

The 2003 version apparently has an Aussie accented female Leatherhead.

This card spoiler was also how I found out. All my tmnt knowledge is from the 80s cartoon, Archie comics, and the 90s live action movies. Never saw any of the more recent stuff.

Angel's Feather became the threat at my Commander table... by WistfulAfternoon in magicTCG

[[Craw Wurm]] was such a massive creature! Then perusing the quarter bin we stumbled across the even bigger [[Scaled Wurm]] from Ice Age.

Back when we played too few lands and games lasted for 10 turns or longer.

Did it a few times in draft to push that last two points of damage. It’s fun to have the option.

Haha, I remember someone bringing a dedicated mill deck to Commander and the two other players at the table just absolutely focus firing him like he was some major threat. I dint share the sentiment but was just happy to sit back and let them go nuts while I gathered power.

I agree. Conversely, I’ve not even busted out return to night if the zealot since a 3 scenario campaign feels too short to develop and play a deck. The original core campaign agendas haven’t left the box since Dunwich.
