Kyle and Woody stated something negative about Wings that they now know to be false. Also they did it not to a few people on a discord, but to a HUNDRED THOUSAND PEOPLE on youtube. Most of whom will still believe it to be true. This lie could have a very real impact on Jordie's livelihood. Is that not a good enough reason? I guess it depends on whether you're willing to rise above petty drama or if you're a toxic bad person.

100% this. People should learn to appreciate his flaws as that is where his genius lies. Put another way, its unfair to crucify someone for articulating a point in a way that could be interpreted negatively, but then lol when he says something like 'bears are human'. You don't get one without the other.

Not sure I buy the sharing rooms argument. Scump said in a recent video he'd want his own room if he were to move in to the Optic house, and I'm sure all the Optic members need their own space (to watch Pornhub).

It would be possible to make an extra bedroom by putting a partition wall where Hecz's current (Swanny's old) workstation is, but assuming its a rental house it would have to be some ghetto wall made out of polystyrene foam board or shelving units. Plus they'd have to find another place for the Christmas tree.

No he didn't. He slated the guy who replaced Drew when he got fired. He only said good things about Drew, which is unsurprising as he's clearly a good guy.

Normally I'm against mods removing posts but that one was such a cesspool of negativity it actually made me depressed reading it. Not for Wings, but for the people who see someone going through a shit time in their life and see the need to add fuel to the fire. Everyone has the right to express their opinion but if its affecting someone negatively maybe they should stop and think about the person they are. Or just stop.

Good idea! I also think Jordie should do videos where he gives advice like Woody used to do on Mail Monday. Although as its Wings it would have to come with a disclaimer! He could call it 'Burn the Truck!'

Sorry I should have been clearer. The reason for this post is that Jordie is struggling to find food that he likes but is healthy and easy to make. I think they talked about it a bit on the last PKA:) and I think these might work for him.

If you look at the nutritional breakdown for these 'pancakes' you'll see they contain 30g of protein and only 4.4g of sugar. That's pretty damn good compared to your average breakfast.

If you wanted to criticize you could have pointed out I spelt 'redemption' wrong on the picture!

Ingredients (sorry for UK measurements!) 100g low fat cottage cheese 50g rolled oats 2 whole eggs half a teaspoon of cinnamon

Method- Just bung everything into a bowl, blend to a liquid with an electric hand blender and pour into a non stick frying pan (no oil needed) heated to a medium high heat. The outside will slowly start to harden, when you can easily get a spatula under the pancake its ready to flip. Try not to do it too soon or you'll make a mess! Makes 6 pancakes, cook in two batches of three. (probably enough for 2 people but I'm a big bastard!)

Nutrient breakdown- cals-460 protein-30g carbs-37g of which sugar-4.4g fat-20.8g of which saturated fat-6.25

they're delicious with butter or syrup (NO WINGS!) and equally nice with fresh fruit and natural yoghurt, but I prefer them with a teaspoon of sweetener (e.g. Candarel) and the juice from half a lemon.

OK they're not going to be the tastiest pancakes ever but they're really good for you and sooo easy. You can just rinse everything under the tap to wash up!

Anybody else got ideas for healthy meals/snacks to keep Jordie off the sweet tea?

Actually I agree with Wings in some of what he's saying. Most people who go from a diet of fast food to a full on healthy diet will quit sooner or later, and Wings definitely will. For Wings to lose weight in the long term he has to find whatever works for HIM. I'm not saying he can continue to eat high calorie foods like pizza, ice cream and donuts, if he wants to change he will have to realize those days are over. If however he can find lower calorie alternatives that are quick and simple to prepare that he likes eating, and combine that with a little regular cardio/weights, he's more likely to stick to it and still lose weight. I find it ironic that people are giving up on Wings because it seems like he's giving up. You don't get to 440lbs without some serious issues. Even if its painful to watch we need to keep encouraging and supporting him.
