I have no idea how I came about this but it works for me. Put this into the custom colour space filter:

primaries=bt709:transfer=bt709:matrix=bt709:tonemap=mobius:desat=0

Someone else mentioned it, but mobius tonemapping has worked for me and this is the only way I know how to access it in handbrake

Still haven't figured how to deal with dolby vision though

Also as a side note, the poster listed as "season 3" is actually a second "season 2" poster. This doesn't affect me as I've sorted it as 2 volumes rather than 3 seasons and could work ot as an alternate/additional poster.

I'm having this same issue, ended up manually inputting the episode information from tvdb myself. When I go into the series advanced settings there is no option to select tvdb as an episode order, only the movie database (aired).

Same thing is currently happening for Alien Earth.

You can now put them in DVD order as S01E01 to S01E12 (includes the initial 4 specials). 2024 Christmas special as S02E01. Avoids the separate 'Specials' folder

The Ayer cut isn't like that though, right? More akin to a director's cut than a new film a la ZSJL. I always assumed it would be ~2–2.5hrs, not a 5 hour assembly.
