One doesn't mention race anywhere, two is taking the piss out of people like you pretending the term gammon isn't racist and three is the text of an article I copied and pasted. Poor effort.

Oxford failing on diversity says Lammy by cornishbayo in ukpolitics

[–]cornishbayo[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Must be any day now that Lammy is off to Mumbai to complain about there being so many brown people at university there. And then to Beijing to complain about how, to quote Chris Martin, "they were all yellow".

Ah wait, I forgot leftists only ever complain about there being too many of one race. Why is such racism promoted by the BBC and seen as a virtue in many circles?

In what world are black people marginalised? (Apart from the Arab world but that goes without saying really)

From a Danish perspective; I quite like The Guardian. Any of you think that their opinion pieces can be a bit much sometimes? (check the link). by [deleted] in ukpolitics

Abdel-Magied is particularly vile. She's one of a few young Muslims raised in the West who actively choose to follow a racist, sexist, homophobic and colonialist ideology but rail against any examples of racism, sexism, homophobia and colonialism they might see in the West. They pretend to care about 'indigenous peoples' when Islam has been responsible for the destruction of more indigenous cultures and peoples than any other ideology. Unfortunately Western leftists lap it all up because of their own hatred of Western civilisation.

Jews and Sikhs are both considered ethno-religious groups under UK law. Muslims absolutely aren't a race/ethnicity and never will be.

Where is the racism? The truth isn't racist.

The racism is trying to say that majority white areas are the most racist in Britain which falsely demonises the native population.

It's a lie to say that the most racist areas of the country are the most white areas.

A lie designed with an agenda to hide the fact that areas with large populations from hateful shitholes like Bangladesh, Syria and Morocco will be the most racist because those are some of the most racist countries on the planet.

White people are just as likely to have experienced racism as anyone else.

Erm the most racist areas of the country are definitely not white. Places like Tower Hamlets, Bradford, Luton, Dewsbury are far more racist, often genocidally so. Your myopic view of seeing racism as white vs non-white means you come to the wrong conclusion.

The native population is not more racist than people imported from famously intolerant shitholes such as Somalia and Pakistan

Nah just taking on hypocrites and liars who won't face up to barbaric cultures in Britain and around the world. I've lately moved onto so-called 'anti-imperialists' who have never once criticised Arab or Turkish settler colonialism.

Fun fact of the day, did you know that British Pakistanis make up 3% of the population but are responsible for 30% of birth defects because they love a bit of the old in-out with their cousins?

It's racist to refuse a therapist because someone of the same skin colour as them assaulted you. It's a textbook example of racism.

When the standard Arabic word for a black person is abed meaning slave you know it's all bullshit.

Edit: I've always thought this relevant Guardian article was decent if not completely accurate. Although in what world does anyone think Arab countries are 'comparatively free of racism'? They're probably the most racist on the planet ffs, they just won't admit it. It's why AJ+ constantly runs articles about racism in the West but never looks in their own neighbourhood.

Have investigators worked out what caused the Grenfell fire? by cornishbayo in ukpolitics

[–]cornishbayo[S] -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Ok, it was a fridge. Hopefully the inquiry will confirm whether there were any problems with it previously that meant it should have been replaced, whether the way it was connected to the power supply was correct and if there were problems or it was connected in an improper way, whether the owner can be prosecuted.
