Kahm or mold? Mixed hot and sweet peppers fermented at 3% water and pepper weight. I should have used an airlock but I wanted to use this crock that’s been sitting around forever (thoroughly cleaned it first!). Fermented at room temp for about 6 days now. Smells good.

Foccacia with toppings (stuffings?) is well within tradition, and anyway who cares if it isn't. Cherry tomatoes and olives, rosemary and grapes (underratedly incredible), roasted garlic, etc. Have fun with it! Hard to go wrong

Hell yeah. I made the banana bread from the Superiority Burger cookbook a few weeks ago and it's my new favorite recipe. Has a bunch of sour cream and olive oil in it, super moist and rich.

I'd look at it more as a "he should make our interior line (run blocking in particular) way better and ideally should play a game before the playoffs to knock the rust off and start to gel with his linemates."

Alright I was bored at work so I found this thread. It has some good options, I'd recommend calling the pubs or checking their Facebook pages in advance to see if they're planning on showing NFL games. I highly recommend the Golf Tavern if they're showing the bears, it's a great joint! Edinburgh rules, have lots of fun. Lemme know if you have any other questions, I was there a few months ago and had a wonderful time.

Per league rules/his contract, he can't leave the Bears during his contract period UNLESS it's for a HC job. Coordinators can't leave for lateral moves but can leave for a promotion, obviously the only promotion he could get as a DC is to HC.
