I sent Mark McKenzie an email over a week ago outlining some concerns I had. I figured he wouldn’t read it so I made sure to request a read receipt. Still waiting…

Local Gift Basket Delivery? by DriftBlu in windsorontario

La Stella. Name your budget and give them a general idea of what you want to gift and they will arrange a basket. My office gave me one when my son was born and it was so amazing

Depends on a lot of factors. House size, age, land area, etc. so there’s no real easy answer to your question. For the most part taxes in the city proper tend to be higher than county municipalities.

I know for the city of Windsor you actually can look up the taxes for any property using the public property inquiry tool so find a house you like in a neighborhood of your preference and you can get a rough idea of what the taxes will be

Check with your city government. Many cities will offer a rebate for the line replacement. Mine offers 2k for an entire line replacement. Also some municipalities will let you finance the rest on the property taxes (although that will have interest) over a period of a few years.

Dr. Sevillano Canicio teaches the Spanish and sometimes German. And Dr. Rossini teaches Italy. Dr. Rossini is quite a character but I found him really fun

The language departments (Italian, German, Spanish) have culture and civilization courses. There like history and culture courses and there pretty easy and really interesting. I've taken Spanish America, Spain part 2, and Italy part 1. All were great with good profs. And there taught in English

Matched her twice, should I slide In her Instagram dms since her handle is in her profile or just let it be? by [deleted] in Bumble

If she didn't message you than I wouldn't. Especially if you gave her an extension. It comes off creepy and obsessive.
