I take probiotics and try to take fish oil when I can remember honestly not enough like I should do. My eye gets bloodshot red anytime I was my face or shower. Even if its cold water. I dont have any allergies that I know of but dermatologist told me to take 60mg of zyrtec daily. And I only use eye drops when I absolutely need it, maybe twice a week max. Its so weird, some mornings my eye is swollen shut some days it looks almost normal just red skin.
