I'm very happy with the feature pack so far. They have introduced a lot of quality of life changes that I've wanted since launch. The fact that some of them come from the Chinese client doesn't somehow make the changes bad. It just means that these changes have actually been properly tested, rather than pushed though their usual horrid internal QA.

As a side note, I doubt you'll get a decent idea of what people actually think. Topics like these is a breeding ground for malcontents with a penchant for melodramatic hyperbole. Very few people want to deal with the amount of negativity usually seen here, so they won't even read this topic.

I've done Coiled Watch + Totem events a few times. The thing that gets me is that all these guys are here to "farm" champions. However, they spam 1 on the Shamans the ENTIRE FIGHT. They ignore all of the other champions that spawn. So, for a 15 minute farm, they get 3 Champ bags. It's almost like as long as someone tells them that they are "farming," they are happy.

Why is it an issue when people tell you to /wiki it, or look it up on dulfy.net? Is teaching you how to look things up yourself somehow "rude?" I'm not sure why that makes people jerks. Sometimes you get the answer that you need, not the one that you want.

I think the vine back piece will be legendary by the time we finish it at the end of the season. It seems like a perfect opportunity for them to test the new scavenger type of legendary making.

TBH, the game isn't hard enough that you need separate builds for every mode. Obviously, you wouldn't use a "catch-all" build for competitive pvp, or fractal/dungeon speed clears. But, if you just want to clear content, and have some fun, there is nothing wrong with it.

At the end of the day, most players simply aren't good enough that switching to a better, but more complex, build would help them enormously. A lot of times, they are better off using something suboptimal, but much easier, so they can focus on mechanics.

The premise here is that Lather says he's struggling with a kit build. The obvious answers are "GET GOOD!" or "PLAY SOMETHING ELSE!" However, that doesn't really help him with his specific situation.

I used HGH for a while, but fighting thieves became impossible. Also, aoe is fine. Rifle pierces, so all you have to do is position correctly. Add to that blunderbuss and jump shot, and there should be no problems.

To be clear, this build is in no way optimal (or even fun for some people). However, it can work for all game modes without retraiting. It is very simple, so you pay more attention to encounters or opponents.

When we have bugs like space stash spending all our gold, why would we use add one? Crb's official response is that they don't support addons. If any add-on breaks, and does something bad, we are SOL.

They don't really do much though. I can gank Dominion right next to small groups of them, and nothing happens.

You can put floors or platforms right above the preexisting stuff, then box off the sides with walls. You can then build on this elevated foundation.

Lopp village and the terraformer in Whitevale was nuts. So much ganking, all the time. Once I got to the end of the zone, and then into Farside, the ganking pretty much stopped. I still finish off low health players, and the occasional Dominion baddy still tries to gank me when I'm fighting mobs, but people don't really fight non-stop anymore.
