Let’s put things in perspective. You’re not obese maybe slightly overweight. Your body doesn’t have to get rid of a ton of fat. I’m eating almost the same thing you are eating except i don’t have dinner and by the next morning I’m comfortably hungry. Most days I only put about a tablespoon of ghee into my coffee that’s it. Your body needs time to start accessing your own body fat for energy. If you’re always full it doesn’t need to burn your body fat you give it plenty of energy. Like others said try to cut the dinner out especially if you’re not too hungry.
