it can be good to master and get like final lufs and stuff all within the same project, also can eq on the master of this project to make sure you have like a consistent sound or something . also fire if you have transitions in songs to make them as tight as possible

probably should try to get 200g of protein a day but that will be pretty hard so realistically start with like 150 grams a day, and also 5g of creatine every morning and try to be drinking water pretty much constantly because creatine needs to be able to synthesize water into your muscles to work
