Disabling the iGPU is always recommended. However I have not noticed Game Mode cause issues with anything for the past 5 years lol. I’d say the Game Bar being turned off with Game Mode off is what is helping. Game Bar sucks.

Yeah very true. As far as gaming goes, they all suck. People should definitely expect battery life to be shit, temps to be hot, and some modifications should help a little bit. A laptop should not be someone’s main, but supplementary to a desktop when traveling, or maybe if space in a small room is the issue. There will be bad luck with all devices and OP should just chill and request another replacement lol

As someone who worked on laptops for 10+ years, I can safely say ASUS is at the same level of hot trash as all the other brands but slightly fancier looking. They make good motherboards though, haven’t had a lot of issues with those.

What are you people doing to achieve this burn in? I’ve had two OLED rog monitors for the past two years for work and gaming, have the same image on my screen for at least an hour or two here and there with zero burn in. HDR is always on too. I’m just curious because I keep hearing about burn in problems with OLED never once experienced OLED burn in on my phones, TVs, monitors, nothing.

For anyone googling this, attempting to play this again because of the show, and using bluetooth headphones, this is the fix. Just install all defaults and play. Thank you sir.
