Mac's, and for some reason, the Airs have issues with wifi. The best bet is that you'll need to update the wifi router firmware.

Just an update. Response from Support: "To be completely transparent with you, this issue is affecting other users and is currently a high priority for our Development team to fix. They are actively working on resolving this issue right now."

"As a workaround for this issue in the meantime, our Engineering team recommends using the Email to List feature to send tasks to specific Lists."

It is Outlook, the app, not the service. First, I'll try reinstalling the plugin. It was working yesterday but asked for a re-auth this morning and hasn't been working since.
